Located in the Tasting Room, The Kitchen is known for its exceptional chef-prepared food that complements our Estate wines. If you would like a recommendation for a food and wine pairing, Chef Vance would be happy to oblige!
The Kitchen closes 30 minutes before the Tasting Room.
On Friday evenings, The Kitchen may be busy depending upon the number of dinner reservations made for the evening’s Dinner & Music series. Chef’s Menu orders may take longer to be served than at other days and times.
As always, we ask that NO OUTSIDE FOOD be brought into the Tasting Room or on the patio.

“God’s Butter” – Half leg bone roasted, topped with parmesan cheese and served with sourdough crostini. Please allow min. of 25 mins to prepare. Due to the long preparation period, the last order of the day is 7pm (5pm on Sundays). No gluten-free option at this time.

Directly from a German meat butcher, three different 1/2 German sausages with house-made Bavarian-style sauerkraut, served with imported German mustards.
Sirloin Beef Bites
6 oz. sirloin beef bites grilled to perfection and served with your choice of balsamic reduction, house BBQ or Tzatziki sauce
Three 3-oz. fresh ground beef patties on slider buns with house secret sauce, lettuce, onion, house pickles, and American cheese. No gluten-free buns available at this time.
One & a half pounds of fries served in a bowl paired with our house secret burger sauce for your dipping enjoyment.

Grilled pork sirloin skewers served with house jalapeño jelly and applesauce
Fried Brussels Sprouts
Fresh Brussels sprouts fried crispy and served with aioli sauce and honey Sriracha sauce.
