2019 Cascade Cuvée Pinot Noir
2019 Cascade Cuvée Pinot Noir is a blend of 85% Pommard Pinot Noir from Saffron Fields Vineyard and 15% of Aurora Colony Vineyards' estate-grown 115 and 777 Pinot Noir. It has been aged for 18 months in 40% new French oak and 60% neutral oak. This is a very dark, bold Oregon Pinot Noir that will age well. This wine has notes of dark chocolate, berry fruits, cherry, and plum with earthy undertones. It is fruit forward, big on the mid palate, and has a long finish. Great for aging in the cellar for 2-5 years.
