Red Wines

2017 Estate Pinot Noir

This light in color Pinot Noir is 100% barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. It boasts notes of strawberry, roses and dark cherries and has a smooth mouthfeel and texture.
Appellation: Willamette Valley
Alcohol: 13%

 

2018 Cooper's Red

This Zinfandel is named after our owner John Moore's beloved Havanese puppy. Cooper is our resident winery dog and "unofficial grape tester." He has been known to break out and run through the vineyards from time to time. Please enjoy with your family and friends.
Appellation: Willamette Valley
Alcohol: 14.8%

 

2018 Tempranillo

Like its ancestors from Spain,Tempranillo from Walla Walla has a rustic earthy character with pomegranate, red currant and toasted walnuts. Good tannin structure and rich fruit linger on the finish.

2017 Reserve Pinot Noir

It has dark cherry, fresh red fruits, herbal/earthy, and toasted caramel nose. It finishes with cherry, strawberry and raspberry bright acid. The 2017 Reserve Pinot Noir is a blend of our 10 best barrels. Aged for 16 months in neutral French Oak & 33% new.
Appellation: Willamette Valley
Alcohol: 12.5%

 

2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

Flavors of red currant, violets, herbs, pepper, and spices complement this wine's rich mouth feel. It has a long finish with Caramel and toasted almonds. Pairs well with beef, duck and game bird.

Alcohol: 14.5%

 

2019 Merlot

This is a typical Merlot that is soft, juicy and easy to drink. The grapes are 100% Merlot grown in the region of Bordeaux, France, in clay and limestone soil.  It has been aged in one-year-old French wine barrels for 6 months.  This Merlot pairs well with pasta, beef and pork. A great addition to your cellar!

2019 Bordeaux Blend

This Bordeaux Blend is a bolder, more structured French red wine. The grapes are grown in the region of Bordeaux, France in clay and limestone soil. This wine is a blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels for 12-18 months.
Appellation: Canon-Fronsac
Alcohol: 14.5%


 

Mountain Series Pinot Noirs

2019 Cascade Cuvée 

SavorNW Wine Competiton - Bronze Medal Winner! 2019 Cascade Cuvée Pinot Noir is a blend of 85% Pommard from Saffron Fields Vineyard Pinot Noir and the remaining 15% of Aurora Colony Vineyards estate-grown 115 and 777 Pinot Noir. It has been aged for 16 months 70% new French oak and 30% neutral oak. This is a very dark bold Oregon Pinot Noir that will age well.  This wine has notes of dark chocolate, berry fruits, cherry, and plum with earthy undertones.

SavorNW Wine Competiton - Bronze Medal Winner! This special Pinot Noir has intense aromatics with a rich mouth feel. It is dark and earthy with notes of forest floor. Weighty on the palate, dark berry fruits, plum and cherry round out the finish. Aged for 16 months in neutral French Oak and 33% new.

2018 Three Sisters

Aged for 22 months in neutral French oak and 33% new, this wine has bright fruits, raspberries and strawberries that combine to deliver great aromatics. A bit of acid provides a nice backbone for any meal. This wine continues to develop as it sits in the bottle.

2018 Mt. Mazama

SavorNW Wine Competition - Gold Medal Winner! Aged in 50% new French Oak for 19 months, Mt. Mazama Pinot Noir is a blend of only two barrels. The Mt. Mazama Pinot Noir brings forth wildflowers and perfume, raspberry, honey, caramel, and light smokey toasted notes to the nose. It is soft and juicy with fine grain tannins on the palate.

2018 Mary's Peak

Mary's Peak 2018 Pinot Noir is the 5th wine in our Mountain Series. It is dark in color with cedar, vanilla, caramel, clove, and a hint of smokiness on the nose. Bright red cherry shines through this full-bodied Pinot Noir. This wine has a steady stream of fruit on the palate that allows you to enjoy its intense flavors as they linger in your mouth long afterward. Aged for 21 months in neutral French oak & 30% new French Oak.

2018 Blue Mountains

The 2018 Blue Mountains Pinot Noir is intense, bold and dark. There are rich notes of caramel, tobacco, spice, and dark cherry on the nose. The palate is full of extracted juicy flavors from beginning to end. Fruit, tannin and cherry round out the finish. Aged for 20 months in new and neutral French Oak barrels.

WHITE WINES

2019 White Pinot Noir

Our Estate White Pinot Noir is made with the same grapes that make our award-winning red Pinot Noir. This wine has hints of red fruit, citrus and honey. It is medium-bodied with a dry finish. Pairs nicely with salads, fish or even popcorn!

2018 Estate White Blend

SavorNW Wine Competition - Silver Medal Winner! This is a unique blend of 50% Estate Pinot Gris and 50% Estate Viognier from our estate vineyards. It has notes of peaches, honey and Meyer lemon with a clean, crisp finish.

2019 Sauvignon Blanc

SavorNW Wine Competition 2020 - Silver Medal Winner! Our estate Sauvignon Blanc comes from a block of our vineyard across from the Tasting Room. It has a soft and full body mouth feel and notes of lemon at the finish. It has refreshing, crisp and intense aromatics. Medium-bodied with a dry finish. Pairs nicely with salads and fish.

2017 Estate Chardonnay

This medium-bodied Chardonnay has notes of green apple, lightly toasted nuts and citrus to round out the finish. It is Sorr100% barrel fermented and aged in a blend of neutral French oak barrels for 10 months.

2018 Estate Chardonnay

Our 2018 Estate Chardonnay was aged for 18 months in French Oak with 30% new Oak. It is golden in color with a creamy, buttery texture to the mid-palate and a touch of smoke. It finishes with tart apple and a bit of citrus.

2017 Reserve Chardonnay

Toasted almonds, melon, green apple, and lemon citrus complete the finish. The 2017 Reserve Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented for 16 months in neutral French Oak and 33% new Oak.

2019 Estate Viognier

Wonderfully aromatic of apricot, peach and orange, the 2019 Estate Viognier is made from grapes with intensely floral aromas. Viscous on the palate with bright and mouth-watering acidity to support the fruit in the wine. Well-balanced and a great complement to many dishes.

2014 White Port

This is a traditional white port-style wine made from our estate Viognier. It has hints of baked apple and roasted nuts. It is light-bodied and not too sweet.

ROSÉS

2019 Rosé de mon Coeur

Aurora Cellars Rosé de mon Coeur is a unique, beautifully floral wine. Notes of wild flowers and stone fruit. Soft mid-palate with a little weightiness. A gentle citrus finish rounds out this elegant Rosé. Unfiltered and unrefined. 4 Months Neutral French Oak.

2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir

This blended Rosé is a beautiful marriage of mostly Pinot Noir with 16% Pinot Gris and 5% Viognier. It has hints of rose petals, peach and apple blossom with a crisp citrus peel finish. This is an easy-drinking patio wine that appeals to all palates.

2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir

The 2018 Rosé of Pinot Noir is from our estate-grown Clone 115 Pinot Noir grapes. It has a full body on the palate and fruit acid to complement many food dishes. It offers aromas of fruits, like cherry and raspberry, and a bit of cotton candy. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Perfect for sipping on the deck on a warm day!

2019 Provence Rosé

The Provénce Rosé is a blend of 29% Syrah, 53% Grenache and 18% Cinsault from Walla Walla, Washington. Provénce is a geographic region and historical province of southeastern France. Our Provénce Rosé is very crisp and aromatic with berry and spice flavors.

2019 Gravitas

Aurora Cellars Gravitas Rosé is made from 100% Mourvédre grapes. This special varietal is grown in many regions around the world. Aurora Cellars' comes from Walla Walla, Washington. Aptly named, Gravitas is muscular, weighty and bold for a rosé. Rich, full, commanding flavors at the front of the palate, with a bright citrus finish.
