About Our Facility

Aurora Colony Vineyards did not start out as a vineyards. Aurora Colony Vineyards was developed through Grower Direct, which is a wholesale nursery, growing Turf, Trees and Shrubs. Grower Direct specializes in wholesale and retail plant and tree and sod, and also provides installation and landscape installs, both residentially and commercially. 
 

As well, Grower Direct has a host of projects through the Western States, in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and as far east as South Dakota. It has provided landscape design and installation at Silverwood Theme Park in its Boulder Beach and Aftershock Rollercoaster in Idaho. It has provided landscape design and installation at Wildwaters West in Souix Falls, South Dakota, Discovery Park in Spokane, Washington, and local commercial installations at Montgomery Park in Portland, as well as many residential design and installations as well. From the inception of this nursery, we began to build the wedding and corporate picnic venue called Aurora Colony Vineyards, both with a building, restrooms, outdoor shade facilities, and a large tiered amphitheater and stage. The Country Elegance of this site is unique, close to Portland and our tri county area, and yet a country setting in the Willamette Valley that is unparalleled in beauty for your special event.
